The pens that you see are made by me on my lathe. All pens receive multiple coats of a semi-gloss lacquer. Cross pen refills can be easily obtained. You might consider a matching pen when ordering a nameplate. Laser engraving is also available for special occasions: graduation, promotion, grooms best man, etc.

Great care and time have been taken to find such unusual rare and beautiful woods, the grain and beauty of these woods can’t be described or appreciated unless seen or felt. The first function of these pens is to write with but these pens go above and beyond that simple function.

Snakewood Pen The pattern in my Snakewood is extremely high to exceptional. A Snakewood pen is the ultimate classy pen and make a statement as such. Price: $34.95	Pink Pen This pen is unbelievably striking. It’s made from cherry with a pink dye. You will also be making a $5.00 donation to the Komen Cure for Cancer. Osage Orange Pen The hardest wood in North America. Also known as bois de rose and hedge-apple. Price: $24.95	Padouk Pen A non-endangered Central American wood with beautiful grain (the grain does not show well in the picture) a very attractive cherry like pen. Takes a high finish. Price: $24.95

Redwood Burl Pen This pen just might be the most attractive pen and piece of wood you have ever seen. Beautiful Burl grain. Burl is a growth (like a wart) below the trunk of the tree and can be quite large. Price: $24.95	Zebrawood Pen Yes it is from Africa. The pen you see if from the same piece of wood, the bottom part shows gorgeous grain and was cut at a different angle then the top before turning on the lathe. Another statement pen. Price: $24.95
