My Policies

Thank you for shopping All Wood Nameplates and Gifts.  Your satisfaction is very important to us.  It is my goal to provide you with a hand-made wood gift that instantly becomes a cherished item.

All e-mails are answered within 12 hours or sooner.  I have supplied you with a toll free number to call for further information.  

Privacy

I take your privacy very seriously.  All customer information will be used for internal purposes only.  No information will be given, shared or sold to any outside sources. E-mail addresses are used only to send invoices and correspond if there are any problems or questions with your order.

Security

This is a secure site.  Each credit card transaction is encrypted and secured during the checkout process.  I also have given you the option for check or money order.  You may also order by mail or phone.

Sales Tax

I charge required local and state taxes for Oklahoma.  The appropriate amount will be applied to your order when it is totaled by my computer system.

Order Information

I accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover and Visa.  All orders submitted online using credit cards are immediately confirmed.  You will be mailed an invoice of your purchase. 

Return Policy

I want you to be satisfied.  All requests for refunds must be e-mailed to us within 72 hours of receiving the product. Return the unused product within 10 days.  Once the item is returned a credit is immediately issued or a refund check is issued, depending on how you originally paid for your purchase.  Please note that you must pay shipping and handling when returning merchandise.  I are not responsible for lost returns.  Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. 

Shipping

Once an order is received, shipping will be done within 10-14 days. In busy seasons (Christmas, Graduation (May & June) & Schools Starting (August), please allow a little extra time for shipping, If you have a rush order please call us and I will try to accommodate you.

Drop Shipment

I do drop ship (shipping to a different location than the person ordering).  This is when you want the item shipped directly to the individual instead of yourself.

Damaged Shipments

I make every effort to prevent shipping damage, however, please keep the original shipping carton and take the following steps if there appears to be shipping damage: 1) Promptly contact the office of the shipping company for a Damage Inspection report; 2) Request that the shipping company return the merchandise to the address listed on the package.  PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE MERCHANDISE YOURSELF, as this may delay your reorder or credit. E-mail my customer service department and they will explain my return policy on damaged merchandise.
